Prescriptions

Wrexham Local Health Board have asked us to prescribe only one month supply of medication at any one time. This is to prevent wastage which amounts to thousands of pounds across the Wrexham area.

Statutory Sick Pay

Information about Statutory Sick Pay and what information we can provide can be found at this link. From February 2011 the surgery cannot provide self certification forms SC2 on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs as these forms are now only available over the internet direct from the HMRC website, SR2 Form (pdf reader required).

Health Care Assistant

Natalie Williams is our Health Care Assistant and she works every Tuesday. She is fully trained to do phlebotomy and ECG's and appointments can be made at reception in the usual way.

Travel Vaccinations

Travel Vaccinations - If you give us at least 1 weeks notice we will advise you of any vaccinations that you have had in the surgery, print out information for your destination to help you decide what you need and administer most vaccinations free of charge or advise you where you can get them from.
